The University’s 2021 survey ran from 27 April to 19 May and was completed by 8,597 individuals, a response rate of 59%.
Nominated central, divisional and departmental staff have been given access to the survey reporting dashboard to help them identify institutional and local priorities and devise actions to address them. Please speak to your departmental management team if you would like to know more about your department’s response to the survey.
Members of the University can view the headline institutional results on the main Staff Experience Survey webpage. More detailed results for staff in different demographic groups are provided below. Publicly available data are included in the University’s annual Equality Report.
