I'm Departmental Lecturer in Music, Chair of Faculty in the Faculty of Music, and Director of Studies in Music at Lady Margaret Hall, as well as a BBC/AHRC New Generation Thinker. I became an LGBT+ Role Model to support the programme in increasing queer visibility across the university and its colleges, with the core aim of encouraging all staff and students to feel comfortable in expressing their identities. I firmly believe that a diversity of voices is key to positive change in all walks of life.
